Every engagement at Transition Planning Services is tailored to you — your workplace, your timeline, your goals. All services are available virtually and in-person, wherever you are, as individual sessions, project-based engagements, or ongoing retainer arrangements. 1:1 Workplace Transition Consulting. You deserve a guide who has been there. We work directly with transitioning employees to build a clear, personalized strategy for coming out at work — how and when to tell your manager, what to say to colleagues, how to approach HR, and how to protect your career throughout. This is your plan, built around your specific workplace, industry, and circumstances.

Available as a single session or ongoing multi-session engagement. Scope and fees determined during your initial consultation.

  

Transition Planning & Timeline Roadmaps.   Not knowing what comes first is one of the most paralyzing parts of workplace transition. We create a sequenced, step-by-step roadmap specific to your state, profession, and employer — so you always know what to do next, why the order matters, and what to expect at each milestone.

Legal Name Change & Document Guidance. Navigating legal name and gender marker changes is complex, state-dependent, and often overwhelming. We walk you through every document — Social Security, driver’s license, passport, professional licenses, employer records — in the right order, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Employer, HR & Management Consulting.   We work with HR teams, managers, and leadership to close the gap between policy and practice — through inclusive language training, preparing managers for disclosure conversations, developing transition-at-work policies, and ensuring your organization is both legally compliant and genuinely supportive.

Family & Spouse Support.  Workplace transition doesn’t happen in isolation. Partners and family members often face their own uncertainty, fear, or grief. We offer dedicated support sessions to help them understand, process, and become active allies in your professional transition journey.

Available as individual sessions or as an add-on to an existing client engagement. Fees discussed at consultation.

  

Crisis Intervention — Hostile Workplace Situations. When a workplace transition goes wrong — harassment, misgendering, retaliation, or a hostile environment — you need an experienced advocate immediately. We provide rapid-response consulting to assess the situation, advise on your rights under Title VII, EEOC protections, and applicable state law, and help you determine the best path forward.
