Transition Planning Services LLC (TPS) and YourTransPlan are licensed legal entities in Delaware and are subject to state laws and policies. Clients of TPS may come from anywhere in the world. Your privacy is vital to us. TPS will never disclose or share information that you provide to us. TPS is comfortable with clients using pseudonyms or aliases in initial contact with TPS. We will require verifiable names and phone and/or email contact information from engaged clients – for your own protection and ours. For clients under the age of 18, we can accept your messages and will reply confidentially, but we will require parent or guardian assent before actioning any plan.
TPS uses very secure servers and protocols and our communications with clients is not vulnerable to intrusion or hacks.
TPS never prints testimonials from clients - to protect their privacy, but (with permission) may print summary project plans using non-identifiable information. No information is EVER shared with third-party vendors, marketing firms, or state or federal authorities. No government agency will ever, ever get access to our records. We have better lawyers than they do.
