Each client of Transition Planning Services (TPS) requires individual attention; the scope of their transition needs will determine the length and intensity of engagement and the cost. Remember: you are in charge of every aspect of your transition planning. Timelines, urgency, and the complexity of your case will influence the scope of activity and costs of engagement. Client costs are related to the value of the service and are calibrated by need and ability to pay.
All client cases are considered! Plans are designed to meet your needs - on your terms, your timeline, and your budget.
If you are under care from medical or mental-health professionals, some TPS costs for relocation and temporary housing may be eligible for reimbursement (call us).
In the workplace, Human Resource officers and Talent Recruiters may not have experience, expertise [or time!] to manage all the needs of the transitioning employee. In high profile, public facing positions, it is often quite necessary to use Transition Planning Services advisors and consultants to guide the choreography of a transitioning senior professional staff member. Your company may pay TPS directly to help service your transition needs.
TPS engages in pro bono projects for clients that have immediate need, but few resources.
Please don't let your finances dictate your needs. TPS can arrange differed payment schedules or reduced - or Free! - engagements. All people have the right to access a support system of experienced allies. TPS is dedicated to serve the needs and wishes or all transitioning people regardless of the ability to pay.
